Club Fitting

Properly fit golf equipment can make all the difference. Certainly, no one would head out for a game of golf with shoes too large or too small and have a successful day. Club fitting determines how to best match a player to the golf equipment, which will result in a better swing and better results. Measurements are taken to determine best length of shaft and lie of the clubface on the ground at address and at impact. Susan utilizes lie tape and lie board readings to see where on the clubface the ball is striking at impact. The measurements taken during the process help determine a player's optimal ball flight for maximizing distance and direction. Length, Loft, Lie, Flex, and Grip specifications are detailed for each player. Though the process sounds complicated and expensive, it really isn’t. The cost of a set of fitted golf clubs would be the same, and sometimes less than a set "off the rack". The clubs fitted come from every major manufacturer that are built to the individual golfer, not the masses.

Susan Claycomb is a certified clubfitter for over 15 golf manufacturers including: Callaway, PING, Cobra, Tour Edge, and Titleist. E-mail Susan today to get your equipment fitted for a better game tomorrow.

Gift Certificates

Perfect for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, any occasion, gift certificates can be purchased for any of Susan’s lessons or programs. Visit the "About / Contact " page, or contact Susan for more information.
